BUNDLE MONSTER - POLYNESIA COLLECTION

**Press Sample **
Aloha ladies!

Today I have a very VERY exciting post to share with all of you as is my first review since I came up with my blog 1 year ago.

Since I started doing nail art 5 years ago, Bundle Monster was one of the brands I've had my eye on to try their stamping plates, and I knew that if I ever bought just one plate, I would just have to buy ALL!! And here I’m 3 years after I started using stamping plates from different brands, I can confirm that Bundle Monster stamping plates are truly amazing!, with a high quality and are a very good investment for any stamping enthusiasts out there.

After being a huge fan and user of their #‎NailStampingPlates‬, I’m so happy they sent me 1 of the 4 sets from their new Polynesia collection to review!.

The collection released to the public May 14th and includes 4 sets of 5 plates each one. Each set pays homage to the different island cultures of Polynesia with a special shout out inspired in the beauty and culture of Hawaii. The sets vary by theme (Local Kine, Land of Aloha, Traditional Polynesia and Polynesian Tribal), that includes tons of traditional tribals, tropical and simply beautiful fauna and flora and lot of fun patterns to create your designs.

Polynesian Tribal is the name of the set 4 from this collection. The range of designs of this set is very impressive. They have everything from swirls, to flowers, to tribal art, to fun and pretty patterns that some of them I could say, are challenging to create amazing designs.

The plates themselves look incredible. They're rectangular (which is new to me as I being using just the circle plates) and the XL size of the images are great to fit in each nail perfectly no matter how long or wide the nails are!.

Each plate comes with a protective blue seal (which must be removed first in order to stamp the images). The blue seal comes off easily and does not leave any glue-y residue on the plate.

Also each plate is secured on to a thick sheet of blue plastic with the Bundle Monster name on it but this is not like the backing we're used to with the circle plates. It's a completely separate piece of material slightly bigger than the plate. This plastic makes the plates easy to grab from any surface and minimizes damage to any surfaces I lay the plate which I love!.

But for all of us that love to use stamping plates, the 2 KEY questions when we want to buy new plates are: ¿how big the 'all-over' designs are? to figure out whether they will cover our whole nail or not and ¿do the images stamp well?. So I've taken the liberty of measuring the designs of the plates I have and I swatch each image on paper to test how it stamp.

Let’s start with the “size” question.

The size of each plate is 12 cm x 6.5 cm (4.75 x 2.4 inches)
The size of each image in the plates is 2.2 cm x 1.5 cm (0.9 x 0.6 inches)

Now let’s go to the next question, ¿Do the images stamp well?

And the answer is YES!.

For the swatches I used Rica "Blackout" with my Bundle Monster Round XL Silicone Nail Stamper and an old credit card as a scraper for transferring the designs.

Each image is my first try scraping and picking as I normally do for my nails.

You want to see the plates up close?, well here are the plates one by one!!! and few designs showing you the images on my nails.. I hope you like them!.

** For larger images please click on each picture **

I love flowers!!!.

This designs was inspired in a Hawaiian t-shit!.

So far I haven't come across a single design which hasn't transferred perfectly on to the stamper and then on to my nail or paper.

What do YOU think of these plates? Will you grab them all, select just a few?

I hope I covered everything in this review. But if you have a question, please ask in the comment section below.

Any images you would like me to try in the nearest future? Just tell me!.

OVERALL THOUGHTS??

I’m so happy and very satisfied that finally brands started make images that fit on a thumb without the need for double stamping (this make my stamping experience a lot easier!). This images are perfect to fill all my nails and I’m sure yours too if you give it a try!.

If you don’t have time to do freehand nail art, but you want to treat yourself to a special manicure that can look professional, I HIGHLY recommend you check these out. They’re affordable, the quality is great, and with a little practice, they’re easy to use, even for beginners!
